There’s something so magical about capturing a baby at six months old—their personality is blooming, their smiles are endless, and those chubby thighs and squishy cheeks are absolutely irresistible! Sweet Rhodes was no exception. His milestone session in my South Austin studio was pure perfection.

The studio itself is a photographer’s dream. With its bright, natural light streaming through a single large window, crisp white walls, and clean-lined flooring, it provides the perfect backdrop for creating modern and timeless images. I love how minimal and airy the space feels—it allows the focus to stay on the little moments and sweet details, like Rhodes’ big, curious eyes and adorable giggles.

Rhodes was such a joy to photograph. His cheeks, those irresistible rolls, and his infectious grin had me melting the entire session. He loved sitting up, showing off his skills, and flashing his adorable toothless smile for the camera. At six months old, every little movement feels like a milestone—leaning, reaching, and those tiny wobbles that make this stage so precious.

Mom and Dad were just as wonderful. They’re such a photogenic, easy-going pair, and it was obvious how much love and joy they have for their little guy. Whether snuggling Rhodes close or cheering him on from behind the scenes, their connection made the session feel warm and genuine.
